HCP Consultancy Services has developed and grown out of its extensive PFI experience in bidding and operating large and complex projects. Each of these projects are unique in their requirements and will require professional support during the concession perioud.

What We Do

HCP Consultancy Services are structured in a way that we can offer precisely tailored solutions to the far ranging requirements which will inevitably occur on any project.
We deliver bespoke services through out the PFI industry where our primary expertise lies, however, our team members have a broad and diverse mix of experience from consulting backgrounds and we have been invited to support new customers in the real estate, transport and retail sectors.
