Technical Services Director
Chartered Engineer with extensive Asset, Project, Facilities and Design Management experience. Responsible for the provision of Technical engineering and compliance support to internal and external clients to assess Hard FM compliance and manage engineering defects and issues. Internal support functions include development and management of HCP’s certified management systems and external certifications as well as operation delivery of HCP’s Renewable Energy projects.
With 20 years HSEQ experience, Clare is professionally qualified with responsibility for health, safety, quality and risk management at both corporate and project level. Her role involves the development of processes and monitoring criteria to mitigate the potential risk of harm and identifying and executing best practice initiatives to ensure continual improvement and alignment with industry practice. Clare has a proven record in the successful design and implementation of ISO compliant management systems and has a wide breadth of contractual and legislative knowledge within the PFI market. Her involvement within all sectors has provided a detailed understanding of service delivery and statutory requirements and she is fully conversant with, and regularly involved in, undertaking cross discipline risk management and assurance tasks.
Technical manager for the HCP managed portfolio with responsibilities including the provision of direct technical support to SPV management teams as well as assisting the development of processes and procedures in support of the continual improvement of HCP’s operational, asset & risk management systems. Graeme has extensive healthcare operational, service delivery, and construction experience coupled with a wide range of previous facilities and asset management roles to draw upon. Having previously lead teams in the delivery of services to complex facilities Graeme is able to draw upon a wealth of experience and knowledge to ensure positive outcomes for all stakeholders.
Head of Facilities Management
Head of Facilities Management within HCP, Ged has extensive knowledge and experience of the evaluation and analysis of FM service delivery and costings in PPP projects. Ged has developed a strong focus on governance and statutory compliance in response to greater public-sector scrutiny in PPP projects. Ged has provided payment mechanism advice and support to defend claims and manage project risk. This role includes negotiating commercial agreements and putting new Service Provider contracts in place.
Consultancy Marketing Analyst
Lucy joined HCP in 2016 providing project based support to two of HCP’s biggest projects. She is now supporting HCP projects nationally on Benchmarking and Market Testing, along with providing this service to external FM companies. Tracking and reviewing trends of future opportunities for HCP Consultancy and providing Marketing, Branding and Bid Support to the Consultancy Team. With a very mixed working background from Finance to Sport, this lets Lucy see things from a different perspective.
A Law Graduate with also a Post Graduate Qualification in Law; Adam has over 10 years’ Facilities Management experience in a number of different operational roles, working both Client side and for a Service Provider. Prior to joining the HCP Commercial Team, Adam gained 2 years’ experience as a Commercial Analyst, working under the tutelage of Ian Sayers (HCP Commercial Manager), Client side. Specialising in PFI Health Sector Agreements, Adam has experience working on contractual performance, Payment Mechanisms, Benchmarking, Market Testing and Dispute Resolution Procedures.
