Eddie Davies
Managing Director - Consultancy Services
Eddie sits on Vercity’s Executive Board and is Managing Director of the Consultancy Services division, supporting the varying needs of our clients in both the public and private sectors, and across social and economic infrastructure.
He is a chartered quantity surveyor and qualified project manager with over 30 years of professional experience, primarily on commercial real estate and PPP procured assets. He has supported clients on many projects through procurement, financial close, construction and operations, and now advising clients through expiry and net zero.
He has successfully led teams of professional advisors for over 20 years. Prior to joining Vercity, Eddie ran a successful technical advisory and project management team at Capita. He then set up and managed MAMG Consultancy as a start-up, which was recognised as Technical Adviser of the year at the Partnerships Awards in 2016.
He was the author of the RICS guidance note, “Lender’s Independent Monitoring Surveyor”, published in 2015.
