About The Project
The acute hospital has over 700 beds, and the project came about as a result of two former Hospital Trusts merging in 2004, to create the East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust.
As the site contains both new buildings and a retained estate, there are two levels of service which have to be delivered, monitored and reported against.
The concession runs until July 2041.
