About The Project

HCP manage services for the HoldCo, known as Firebolt.

The Project utilises 91 Siemens SWT-6.0-154 wind turbines generators (“WTGs”) with a total installed capacity of 573 Megawatts (“MW”). It is currently in an advanced stage of construction, with first power (i.e. power generation by the first turbine) expected in May 2017 and full commercial operation of all 91 turbines by February 2018. Race Bank is expected to have Renewable Obligation Certificate (“ROC”) accreditation and to receive 1.8 ROCs per megawatt-hour (“MWh”) until March 2037.

HCP manage Firebolt Holdco from an existing and experienced Operational Finance Team, supported by our centralised finance and technical support services. Our teams ensure compliance with all finance related contractual and statutory reporting requirements. The SPV teams provide the Services to the Consortium to ensure that its specific requirements are met whilst maintaining Chinese Walls and allowing for the development of the Services to be tailored to the board and investor needs.
