About The Project

The 25-year contract to design, build, finance and operate four police stations in South East London is between SSSEL and the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime on behalf of the Metropolitan Police Service.
This £105 million scheme, which has been fully operational since January 2004, included the provision of new Borough HQ police stations at Lewisham, Sutton and Bromley with a smaller operational base in Deptford.
