BSc (Hons) Building Surveyor with over 20 years in Facilities Management and an IWFM member of Certified status. Previous experience in both Defence and Healthcare sectors with an excellent knowledge of pre-planned and reactive maintenance delivery, as well as project management and cost control. Gavin has worked for the majority of his career in a Defence setting, working for a TFM company delivering specialist projects, asset maintenance and replacement. He also has experience working for a Healthcare FM supplier, delivering maintenance services across the South East of England. Gavin has an appreciation and understanding of H&S in construction supported by a NEBOSH qualification and holds TechIOSH status.

Amandine Roux

With over 15 years experience working through various roles at a PFI Hospital in London, Amandine joined the SAM team with operational knowledge and an understanding of how asset management is key to delivering the best service. Her role within the SAM team is to assist with various aspects; pricing lifecycle variations; specific modelling and data analysis. She is also involved with obsolescence management. This work involves proactively managing obsolescence risks at client sites so we have the foresight to implement replacement strategies. In essence, we are aware of the upcoming risks before they become critical issues.
