The project achieved formal completion in June 2015, the Haywood building opened in 2009 and the Royal Stoke main building opened to the general public in 2012.

Alder Hey SPV Ltd
The 98,115m2 Forth Valley Royal Hospital opened in July 2011 and provides 864 beds and day patient spaces.
Prospect Park Hospital is a Mental Health Facility for East Berkshire and is a ‘centre of excellence’.
The Hinchingbrooke project consist of one new build 8668m² Day Treatment Centre building connected to the Hinchingbrooke Community Hospital.

The United Healthcare South Bucks project incorporates both Amersham and Wycombe hospitals. There are 260 in-patient beds and 32 day case beds in Wycombe hospital and 60 beds at Amersham.

University Hospital Coventry is an acute healthcare facility with 1076 beds and Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust provides mental health services with 103 beds on the Walsgrave site.

Kent & East Sussex Weald Hospital Limited (ProjectCo), have been contracted to design, build and operate Tunbridge Wells Hospital, Kent for Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust under a PFI arrangement for 32 years.
The Prime Care Solutions (Kingston) Limited project reached financial close on 23rd November 2004.
The Blackburn Hospital PFI project reached Financial Close on 9 July 2003, and achieved Practical Completion on 10 April 2006. The project is to design, build, finance and operate an acute hospital covering new build, renovated and retained estate buildings.
The Dumfries New Hospital Project involves design, build, finance and maintenance of a new facility which will re-provide services from Royal Infirmary for NHS Dumfries & Galloway in a single building on a site on the outskirts of Dumfries adjacent to the A75.
The project involved the design, refurbishment and extension, financing and subsequent maintenance of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. The hospital is operated by the Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust.
