About The Project

The facility provides outpatient care service to 600,000 patients annually in a 33,900 square-metre facility at Vancouver General Hospital.

Approximately 21% of space (75,000 Sq. ft) is licensed to a total of 30 different medical clinics, each of which requires an individual licence.  Each licence must renew every 10 years which can be very challenging. Retail units occupy 4% of space under leases of different durations.
